Hà Quốc Huy (also known as Quoc Huy Ha or Argus Ha) was born in Thai Nguyen, a region in the northern midlands of Vietnam well known for its green tea. He is currently a graduating student in Finance and Management at the National Economics University, studying in a transnational education program delivered in collaboration with La Trobe University, Australia, which he joined in 2023.

Huy has continuously worked to strengthen his academic and language skills, particularly by improving his IELTS results in recent years. With a dynamic spirit and a strong curiosity about the world, he is passionate about exploring different cultures, landscapes, heritage, and people. In the future, he hopes to broaden his experiences beyond Vietnam and learn from international contexts, including Australia.
